Two tenants from South Richmond Hill allegedly attacked their landlord when he came looking for the rent.

Rajinder Singh, 31, and Arjinder Singh, 38, who are not related, allegedly held the victim down and slashed his hand with a knife at 7 p.m. Dec. 12 in their apartment on 112th Street near 101st avenue.

The 65-year-old victim received four stitches at an area hospital.

The tenants were charged with assault and harassment, said a spokeswoman for DA Richard Brown.

Two barroom brawlers were arrested at a Jackson Heights nightclub after attacking a patron inside, authorities said yesterday.

Avimael Hernandez, 26, and Vicente Hernandez, 29, were at Taquieria Mexicana Viva on Roosevelt Avenue near 81st Street on Dec. 13 when they allegedly moved in on their victim at around 4:30 a.m.

The pair allegedly pummeled the man, punching him repeatedly in the face.

The men then followed him outside when he tried to flee and continued their beat-down until a cop intervened, authorities said.

Both men were arrested and charged with assault and harassment.

A patient attacked a nurse at Jamaica Hospital, authorities said.

Santokh Singh, 47, kicked the nurse as she was attempting to draw his blood at 8 p.m. last Sunday, according to the DA’s spokeswoman.

Police nabbed him, and he was charged with assault and harassment.

A city Correction Department worker was busted for DWI in Belle Harbor yesterday, cops said.

Lotus Licciardi was pulled over on Beach 106th Street near Short Front Parkway at 3:15 a.m.

Manhattan

An off-duty cop was arrested for DWI in Chelsea yesterday, authorities said.

Dwight Smith, 38, crashed his car at the intersection of West 23rd Street and 12th Avenue at 2:30 a.m., cops said.

He was charged with DWI. No injuries were reported.

Brooklyn

A customer went berserk in a Fort Greene cellphone store, sources said.

Claudia Smith, 33, had bought a phone earlier this month from the shop on Fulton Street near Hanover Place but was unsatisfied and returned with her purchase Monday.

Although she was given a refund and allowed to keep the phone, she had a pal ask a 41-year-old employee for more money just two days later, sources said.

When the worker refused to fork over more cash, Smith allegedly barged in just before 7 p.m. Wednesday and hit the victim in the head with a juice bottle. Cops nabbed her for assault, menacing, harassment and weapons possession.

A man was busted after he strolled into an East New York police station covered in blood to inquire about his two friends, whom he allegedly had just joined in beating a victim.

Anthony Stephany, 25, Quashawn Burton, 20, and Willie Cook, 24, allegedly grabbed a 38-year-old man as he walked into a building on Montauk Avenue near Atlantic Avenue at about 11 p.m. Monday.

The trio allegedly punched and kicked the man. Stephany then allegedly hit him over the head with a frying pan.

Stephany and Burton were arrested after the victim followed them and pointed them out to a cop at the Crescent Street subway station.

A few hours later, Cook showed up at Transit District 33 headquarters on Fulton Street wearing in a bloody sweatshirt and inquiring about his two pals. He was promptly arrested.

All were charged with assault and menacing.
