A wild bachelor party left a British groom-to-be with a blessing in disguise — a huge bruise on his lower back in the shape of an angel.
Chris Holland, 30, was out celebrating with his buddies in Poland last Saturday at Dream Club when someone knocked into him, causing him to lose his balance and fall through a table.
The next morning, he looked in the mirror to check out the damage and noticed the unusual shape in black and blue.
“I couldn’t believe it when I looked in the mirror — there was an angel. I felt really lucky as if it was a bit higher, I could have had a spinal injury,” Holland told Barcroft Media.
Despite his initial reaction, the groom is now hoping the swelling will go down in time for his wedding on May 24.
His bride-to-be, however, wasn’t thrilled with the injury.
“My fiancée was livid when I got home and showed her — but she’s glad I’m okay,” he told Barcroft Media.
