One of four men suspected of robbing and sexually assaulting a transgender prostitute in a Midtown hotel has been arrested, authorities said.

Jorge Castro, 25, had a pistol and ammo on him when he was busted Monday in the Club Quarters Hotel on West 41st Street, court records state.

He was charged with burglary, robbery, weapon possession, sexual abuse and strangulation.

The four men allegedly barged into the 27-year-old victim’s Holiday Inn room on West 57th Street at about 2:15 a.m. Feb. 28, punched her to the floor, kicked her and sexually assaulted her.

One also put a gun to her head and demanded cash before they fled with $950, a laptop and two cellphones, the papers say.

Brooklyn

The man in this picture is suspected of burglarizing a dollar store in Flatbush, authorities said.

He allegedly threw a brick through the store window on Nostrand Avenue between Avenues H and I at 1:47 a.m. Wednesday.

He then entered the store and grabbed miscellaneous items before fleeing on foot, police said.

The suspect is believed to be between 30 and 40 years old, investigators said, adding that he was last seen wearing a black hooded bubble jacket, a red baseball cap and dark construction boots.

A bicyclist was killed yesterday in Borough Park after being hit by two cars, authorities said.

The unidentified victim, 48, was riding southbound on New Utrecht Avenue at 4:35 a.m. when a car came out from 58th Street and collided with him, police said.

The man was thrown from the bicycle and then hit by and pinned underneath a second car and died at the scene, police and the FDNY said.

Both drivers remained at the scene of the accident, police said.

The Bronx

Police are seeking two men for questioning in connection with a burglary (above) at a West Farms apartment building.

The burglars went into the building on Daly Avenue and East 179th Street at about 8 a.m. Feb 22 and broke into an apartment.

They fled with $3,600 in cash and a BlackBerry, cops said.

A suspect has been arrested in the armed stick-up of two livery cab drivers, one in Soundview, the other in Castle Hill, authorities said.

Alan Marrero, 54, was caught Thursday and charged with robbery, police said.

He allegedly hailed a cab on Rosedale Avenue at 12:30 a.m. Feb. 28 and proceeded to steal a cellphone and an unknown amount of cash.

He struck again at 10:45 p.m. March 4, stopping a taxi on Olmstead and Barrett avenues — but this time he took off with cash and the vehicle, cops said.

A school-safety agent was busted for allegedly welfare fraud.

Najwa Joseph, 36, was charged with grand larceny, welfare fraud, possession of stolen property and offering a false instrument for filing, cops said.

She allegedly rooked the system out of more than $8,000, according to law-enforcement sources.

Queens

A boozy driver was busted in Breezy Point after rear-ending — of all things — a police car, authorities said.

Robert Gross, 48, lost control of the wheel at 2:10 a.m. Thursday and rammed a black Mercedes into the back of the squad car on Rockaway Point Boulevard and Beach 210th Street, cops said.

Arresting officers described his gait as unsteady and his eyes as watery, cops said.

Gross was arrested and charged with DWI and refusing to submit to a Breathalyzer test, court records say.

Staten Island

A carjacker was busted in Port Richmond, authorities said.

Walter Frank, 39, approached a woman sitting in her Chevy Equinox on Richmond Terrace and Clove Road at 7:30 a.m. Thursday, yanked open the driver’s-side door, pulled her out of the vehicle, banged her head against its side and flung her to the pavement, according to court records.

But when Frank sought to flee in his new ride, he hit another car and eventually crashed into a pole.

He was arrested and charged with robbery, grand larceny and assault, said a spokesman for DA Daniel Donovan.
