Too-sheer yoga pants yanked

Finding serenity may be harder for a while, as a major manufacturer of yoga pants has announced a shortage.

Yoga-wear maker Lululemon had to yank thousands of pairs of women’s tights out of stores over the weekend after the defective garments were found to be too sheer to stand up to downward dogs and other asanas — or poses — without showing off way too much skin.

The recall affects 17 percent of the company’s inventory, The Wall Street Journal reported.

The company said there was “a level of sheerness in some of our women’s black Luon bottoms that falls short of our very high standards.”

Complaints about being able to see through too much of the company’s extra-tight style started rolling in last week.
