Madonna’s homeless brother busted after allegedly refusing to leave bathroom

Madonna’s homeless brother lived tell about a crazy tussle with Michigan cops that resulted in nine stitches to his face, officials said.

Anthony Gerard Ciccone, 56, refused to leave a restroom at the Grand Traverse County Civic Center, police told The Traverse City Record-Eagle newspaper.

He was about to be arrested for an outstanding trespassing warrant when he expressed himself with an “aggressive” move, Traverse City police Capt. Brian Heffner said.

“He pulled away, turned around and confronted the female [police] officer in an aggressive manner,” Heffner said.

“She turned him around and brought him to the ground, which is when he struck his face on the bathroom floor.”

Ciccone’s blood-alcohol level was .40, five times what would have been Michigan’s legal limit to drive, authorities said.

Traverse City’s true blue were called at 11 p.m. Sunday when Ciccone refused to leave the bathroom for a cleaning crew, officials said.

Ciccone is no virgin to trespassing charges having camped out in front of the fireplace at a Traverse City bookstore in March, refusing to leave, police said.

The homeless man is expected to be charged with felony resisting and obstructing a police officer stemming from Sunday’s incident.

Ciccone has been living on the streets for three years, despite his sister’s incredible wealth and his parents comfort, owning a nearby vineyard.

A family friend said Ciccone’s pappa has every right to preach to his son, asking him to kick the bottle before loved ones can help.

“The alcohol has taken over his brain,” family friend Kathy Meteyer told the Daily Mail last month.

“[Parents] Joan and Tony Ciccone are the most down to earth people I’ve met, they don’t deserve this.”
