Bank customers nationwide were bilked out of $1.5 million by three local ID-theft rings, the Bronx DA’s Office said yesterday.
Seventeen people were arrested yesterday and charged with ripping off Chase, Bank of America, Citibank and TD Bank customers since 2009.
