Newlyweds Adam Levine & Behati Prinsloo sell Alphabet City pad

Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo had more than their recent wedding to celebrate as they walked the Emmy Awards‘ red carpet this week.

Prinsloo, a 25-year-old Namibian-born Victoria’s Secret model, just sold her Alphabet City apartment for $1.65 million, according to city records.

The stylish one-bedroom duplex at 643 E. 11th St. includes a large living room, floor-to-ceiling windows, hardwood floors and lots of natural light.

But its best feature is its 800-square-foot private-landscaped backyard.

The lower level also includes a large den that can be converted into a second bedroom.

Prinsloo was originally asking $2.1 million in February. She bought the unit for $1.4 million in 2008.

The new owner is another model, Canadian-born stunner Noot Seear.

The sale comes as the hot couple — Levine, 35, is the Maroon 5 rocker named People’s Sexiest Man Alive — have been spotted checking out larger downtown lofts to serve as their marital home base in Soho.

The digs are large enough, perhaps, for a starter family.
