The stunning ex-wife of World Cup champion Lothar Matthaus says she’s relieved the grand-larceny charges against her were dropped.

Dashing in and out of Manhattan court Tuesday to handle the remaining paperwork, perfectly coifed Ukranian model Christina Matthaus turned the courthouse sidewalk into a catwalk as she talked to reporters about her “challenging time.”

She was accused of racking up more than $5,000 on an ex-boyfriend’s American Express credit card at Bergdorf Goodman in Manhattan — until prosecutors dropped charges against her last week.

“I’m glad that this whole thing is over for me because it was a really challenging time for me, a really hard time. I’m glad that the truth came out and that I could prove my innocence and that the judge believed me,” said Matthaus, who wore a crisp light blue button-down shirt and curve-hugging jeans.
