NBA Draft returning to Barclays Center

The Nets not only saw their season last longer than the crosstown rival Knicks, but they have managed to keep the NBA Draft away from them, too.

The league announced Friday that for the second straight year, the NBA Draft will be hosted at Barclays Center in June. Fans will be able to buy tickets through the Barclays Center website or Ticketmaster, with prices ranging from $15 to $35.

The draft, which will take place on June 26, is not expected to have much New York flavor. Neither the Knicks nor Nets have a pick in the draft, though it’s likely each team will get its hands on at least a second-rounder — likely through a buyout — before the night is through.
