Mango’s owner, pie maker Steve Tarpin, said he usually leaves the dog on his own as he visits the tavern – and was shocked to go outside and find him gone.

“Absolutely someone took him,” Mango’s owner told The Post. “He would never walk away with anyone. Even if they were dragging a T-bone behind them he wouldn’t go.”
