INXS STAR’S WILL ROCKS HIS GAL PAL

The live-in lover of INXS singer Michael Hutchence is reportedly fuming that his will was settled out of court without her input.

Paula Yates will get about $600,000 and their daughter Tiger Lily will inherit half of his $6 million estate after a contentious, two-year legal fight over Hutchence’s “missing” assets, London’s Mail on Sunday reports today.

Yates was not legally wed to the Australian star who was found hanging by a belt in November 1997 in a Sydney hotel room.

After the will settlement was announced by Hutchence’s family, Yates agent Belinda Brewin said: “It is not about the money. It is the fact that this case has been settled without any legal representation for Paula or Tiger.”

Hutchence didn’t leave a suicide note, and Yates has said she thinks he died because of a sex trick gone awry.

The will fight has dragged on because lawyers initially said the estate was only worth $1.1 million total.
