Ousted Carnegie Deli manager bitter over suing wife

The former manager of the Carnegie Deli — who was ousted by his wife after she accused him of cheating on her with a waitress — walked out of a Manhattan court hearing on Wednesday looking as sour as a pickle, while his divorcing ex had an extra bounce in her step.

Sandy Levine, who used to refer to himself as MBD, or “married the boss’ daughter,” was in court to beg a judge to order his soon-to-be ex Marian Levine to pay him temporary support while their divorce is pending.

The alleged philanderer declined to comment on his way out of the closed-door session, griping that he just wanted to return to his vacation home in Boca Raton. Marian left court with a bounce in her step and a broad smile on her face.

The deli, that’s served overstuffed sandwiches to celebrities like Jack Nicholson, Taylor Swift and even President Obama, was founded by Marian’s father, Milton Parker in 1937.

The 55th St. and 7th Avenue joint brings in $500,000 in gross revenues yearly, according to court papers.

Marian is also suing Sandy and his former-waitress Thai paramour for $10 million for ripping off company funds and stealing Carnegie’s secret cheesecake and pastrami recipes.
