SEACREST LANDS $45M DEAL

RYAN Seacrest has just tripled his salary.

Seacrest, 34, yesterday finalized a three-year deal, worth $15 million annually, to continue hosting “American Idol” and develop other programming for “Idol” producer 19 Entertainment.

It’s believed that the new deal — which is three times his current $5-million annual salary — makes Seacrest the highest-paid reality host in TV history, according to trade reports.

In addition to hosting “Idol,” Seacrest is the face of E!, where he hosts red-carpet coverage and produces the reality shows, “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” and “Denise Richards: It’s Complicated.”

He’s also producing Jamie Oliver’s upcoming ABC reality show, hosts an LA-based radio show and replaced Casey Kasem as the nationally-syndicated voice of the “American Top 40” radio countdown show.

In addition, Seacrest co-hosts ABC’s New Year’s Eve Times Square shindig with Dick Clark.

Twittering to fans yesterday, Seacrest said he expects all the “Idol” judges to return next season.

Simon Cowell has a year to go on his “Idol” deal; Paula Abdul, Randy Jackson and Kara DioGuardi are currently in contract negotiations.
