EATERY BOSS’ BASHING BUST

The owner of a posh Manhattan restaurant yesterday was busted for allegedly assaulting his ex-girlfriend, police said.

Giuseppe Tuosto, 46, who co-owns trendy Via Dei Mille on West Broadway, turned himself in to face charges after the alleged attack in the woman’s Horatio Street apartment July 14, sources said.

The woman, 32, said that she had run into her restaurateur ex while out the night before and that the pair exchanged hellos.

She said she eventually went back to her pad with a male friend of Tuosto’s, and the pair fell asleep on the couch. The next thing she knew, Tuosto had gotten into her apartment and “started pounding on me and kicking me,” the woman said.
