Prosecutors say a man abducted a woman after finding her passed out on a couch at a swank Manhattan club and raped her twice at his home.
Prosecutors say Luis Zambrano kidnapped the woman March 22 from the Marquee Club in Chelsea.
Prosecutors say the 39-year-old Zambrano took the woman to his Queens home and raped her twice. Prosecutors say the woman awoke during the second assault and had no idea where she was or whom she was with.
They say Zambrano drove the woman back to Manhattan.
Zambrano pleaded not guilty Wednesday to kidnapping and rape at his arraignment. He was released on $10,000 bail and told to return to court Sept. 8.
Defense lawyer Jonathan Simms said he had no comment.
