Tiger Woods’ SUV had no blood in it: report

Despite having a visibly bloody lip, Tiger Woods’ SUV didn’t have a drop of blood in it, according to a new report.

The revelation, reported this morning by TMZ.com, raises the question of whether Woods’ injuries occurred during his bizarre crash or before he climbed into his Cadillac Escalade.

Cops want to know whether Woods was injured in a dispute with his wife, Elin Nordegren. Radaronline.com reported yesterday that the two were arguing over a published claim that Woods had an affair with Rachel Uchitel, who has denied the accusation.

Cops also are looking into whether Woods was under the influence at the time of the accident, TMZ reported. Paramedics asked Nordegren whether the unresponsive Woods was on medication and she went into their home and brought out two bottles of medicine.

The strange accident happened early Friday morning when Woods drove into a fire hydrant in his posh Windermere, Fla., neighborhood.

Woods in a statement said his wife “acted courageously” by smashing the window and pulling him from the SUV. He also said the accident was his fault but didn’t provide details.

But the two have declined to sit down with authorities to discuss the incident. Cops are trying to get medical records related to the accident, according to TMZ.

Yesterday, Woods pulled out of a golf tournament this weekend that benefits the Tiger Woods Foundation.
