The grandson of a Teamsters boss who did dirty work for John Gotti Sr. allegedly pumped four bullets into a pal on Friday — but the victim was able to rat him out to a 911 operator as he lay bleeding on the Queens waterfront, sources told The Post.

Dean Oku, 29, told cops that Robert Sasso, 33, picked him up in a white Ford Fusion and drove him to the Whitestone jetty so the pair could smoke marijuana at around 2:20 a.m., police sources said.

While the pals were parked overlooking the water, Sasso pulled a gun and shot him four times in the chest and thigh, Oku told cops.

Sasso fled in his car, leaving Oku bleeding on the jetty, the Queens man told cops.

“He dialed 911 himself, saying, ‘I’m shot! I’m shot!’ ” a police source said.

Oku told the operator Sasso’s name, and when cops arrived he got their attention by yelling, “I’m shot, I’m shot!” police sources said.

“Why’d he shoot you?” a cop asked him.

“An old beef,” Oku said, according to police sources.

Cops were still hunting Sasso Friday evening.

Sasso is the grandson of Robert Sasso, a disgraced union leader who pleaded guilty to racketeering in 1994 and was sentenced to 41 months in prison.

The elder Sasso resigned as president of a powerful Teamsters local in 1992 amid allegations he helped Gotti score payoffs from contractors.

Sammy “Bull” Gravano — who flipped on the Gambino crime family — testified before Congress in 1993 that Sasso would help him and Gotti do business with developers like Donald Trump.

“Donald Trump obviously does a lot of construction, and if Bobby Sasso, the president of 282, the Teamsters, who was with our family, would reach Donald Trump and tell him that we were interested in a meeting with him — when I say ‘we,’ I don’t mean me or John Gotti — I don’t know if Trump would meet us, but it would open the door for a meeting,” Gravano testified.

The younger Sasso has 30 prior arrests, for weapons, assault, and drugs, and was investigated for the shooting of his ex-boss in Hell’s Kitchen last year.

Oku has 31 arrests including collars for robbery, burglary, and drugs.

“He was on the verge of death, but after surgery he was upgraded to critical,” a police source said.
