Ink spot

You can call him the King of the West Village. Rock royalty Anthony Caleb Followill, the lead singer (and middle brother) of Kings of Leon, and model girlfriend Lily Aldridge (pictured) are renting at the Superior Ink condo development on West 12th Street. The duo have a 1,246-square-foot, two-bedroom, two-bathroom residence that was listed for around $8,000.

Superior Ink’s condos and townhouses have generated serious interest even in a tough market.

Buyers include actress Hilary Swank, designer Marc Jacobs, Internet billionaire bachelor Mark Shuttleworth and NASCAR star Jimmie Johnson. Houston Rockets owner Leslie Alexander is still trying to flip his Superior Ink penthouse, after lowering the price from $39.5 million to $33.5 million. He bought it for around $25 million.

Ford explorer

Harold Ford Jr. the former Tennessee congressman who dipped his toe into New York’s Senate race before making a quick retreat, is looking for bigger digs in Manhattan.

We previously wrote about how Ford, now a Bank of America executive and TV commentator, was unloading his listed-for-$1.4 million 105 Fifth Ave. co-op in Greenwich Village. The apartment was in contract, but the deal fell apart.

Pending a sale, Ford is hoping to stay downtown. It looks like his wife, Emily, is scoping out apartments first and then narrowing the choices for him. So far, they’ve seen larger apartments, with three bedrooms or more.

One of the flats that made the cut is a $3.3 million, 2,000-square-foot, three-bedroom, 2½-bathroom condo at 7 Wooster St. in SoHo. Brokers Fredrik Eklund and John Gomes of Core could not be reached for comment.

The building, on a classic cobblestoned street, is across from the Soho Grand hotel.

Porter House stake

Steven Kamali — the hospitality consultant, co-owner of Montauk’s Surf Lodge and go-to real estate broker for downtown clubs and restaurants, especially in the Meatpacking District — has put his condo at the Porter House building on the market for $1.75 million.

The one-bedroom, 1½-bathroom bachelor pad (six stories above a warehouse built in 1905) at 66 Ninth Ave. has 13-foot ceilings and an open kitchen with Viking appliances. Nearby perks include Soho House’s rooftop pool (if you can get in), numerous hot nightclubs (good luck getting into them, too) and the High Line park.

We hear that Kamali is getting married in the summer and looking for a bigger residence.

Prudential Douglas Elliman broker Raphael De Niro declined to comment.

On the waterfront

A pristine piece of Southampton land with more than 1,000 feet of waterfront is just hitting the market for $36 million. The two-parcel, 8-acre property, off of Captains Neck Lane, is owned by descendants of Standard Oil founder Henry Rogers. The land includes a modest 2,800-square-foot cottage (with a detached two-car garage), which will likely be a tear-down for the next owner. The Corcoran Group’s Tim Davis has the listing.

Trey bien

Trey Parker, co-creator of the Emmy Award-winning and Tom Cruise/Scientology-baiting “South Park,” recently looked at a $12,000-a-month rental at 261 W. 28th St. with his wife, Emma Sugiyama.

The Chelsea three-bedroom comes with private parking and a huge amount of storage space.

We hear the West Coast couple plan to be in New York for a year while Parker works on a new project.
