Buffalo woman stuns Obama with spicy pickup line

An upstate Republican proved that love has no political boundaries when she met President Obama yesterday at a popular wing joint in Buffalo and boldly told him he was “a hottie with a smokin’ little body.”

Middle-aged Luann Haley — who now admits she is mortified by her saucy come-on to the leader of the free world — seemed as smitten as a ‘tween Jonas Brothers fan when she bumped into Obama eating lunch at Duff’s Famous Wings.

After the 44-year-old evaluated Obama’s “smokin’ little body” right to his face, a tickled president responded by giving her a hug, which she said caused her to swoon.

Obama then reminded her that the first lady was watching.

“That’s all right,” gushed the mom, before cattily turning to TV cameras and saying, “Hi, Michelle! Eat your heart out.”

Afterward, she told The Post she wished she hadn’t treated the event like a visit to MTV’s old “TRL” show.

“I feel like a total jerk,” she said. “I’m just hoping it doesn’t get to the president’s wife. It is a funny thing, but I’m catching some hell.”

Obama had been in Buffalo for a speech when he made the unannounced visit to the chicken joint.

When asked what he was having, he exclaimed, “Wings! This is the wing capital.”

Those who know Haley weren’t all that surprised that her mouth had gotten her into a media storm.

“She’s a lunatic,” said her ex-mother-in-law, Jane Haley. “She likes a good time. She probably meant it harmlessly. It’s just a joke.”

Still, Jane Haley added, “I think it was quite disrespectful, but I’m an old lady.”

Luann Haley was among about 100 federal employees who work near the eatery and had dropped by when they saw Obama’s arrival.

Despite her faux pas, the experience is one she’ll treasure.

“He was very comfortable. We laughed and joked. We hugged and got our picture taken,” said Haley, who works at the Department of Education as a consultant.

And although she is a Republican, she was proud to have met Obama.

“I wouldn’t go to see him in Washington, DC, but I work right near where he was having lunch, so I went over,” she said. “I was just a little louder than the rest of the crowd. It was so innocent.”

In his speech in Buffalo, Obama said that his efforts to turn the economy around were working.

“It’s great that the stock market has bounced back,” Obama said.

“But if you’re still looking for a job, it’s still a recession. If you can’t pay your bills or your mortgage, it’s still a recession. No matter what the economists say, it’s not a real recovery until people can feel it in their own lives.”
