Cabby accused of ramming baby mama’s car, hacking her to death

A jealous taxi driver ran the car his baby mama was driving off a Bronx highway yesterday and then hacked her to death as she sat trapped in the overturned SUV, sources said.

Dionis Espinal, 31, of The Bronx was allegedly stalking Katherine German, 20, outside the Paradise Motor Inn on Boston Road when he saw her leave with José Jiminez, 28.

The couple fled from Espinal in a Honda Pilot.

Espinal allegedly chased them at speeds up to 90 mph, then rammed the SUV with his lime green outer-borough taxi on the New England Thruway near Pelham Parkway at 4 a.m., causing the SUV to crash.

He then allegedly stabbed the trapped victim, who had given birth to the couple’s baby in June, in the chest, neck and face with a large kitchen knife.

Cops arrested Espinal, who was previously busted in May for assaulting the then eight-months-pregnant German, and recovered the knife at the scene. Espinal had been busted in May for allegedly assaulting German. He was charged last night with murder.
