The driver for the Ugandan Mission’s ambassador was busted for DWI Monday by Port Authority cops in New Jersey, authorities said.

Elly Agaba, 41, was driving a 2010 Mercedes in Fort Lee near the George Washington Bridge when a cop directing traffic spotted him driving erratically at about 8:25 a.m., a police source said.

The professional chauffeur blew a .21 percent on a breath test, nearly three times the legal limit of .08 percent, the source said.

“He was very cooperative with police,” a PA police source noted.

Agaba was charged with DWI, careless driving and failure to obey pavement markings, cops said.

Authorities notified the US State Department and the Ugandan Mission of his arrest.
