How to deal with Sunday’s TV crunch

For fans of television’s best shows, today is frustratingly jam-packed. Don’t worry — we got you covered.

Luckily, the Giants play the Chiefs at 1 p.m. and the Jets play the Titans at 4:05 p.m., so you can devote full attention to those games before the real prime-time crunch.

Then, you’ve got a break to order food before the Patriots/ Falcons game at 8:20.

At 9, things get hairy.

LIVE: Switch the football game to your iPad or iPhone, because the last episode ever of “Breaking Bad” begins at 9 on AMC. There will be no way to avoid spoilers — everyone is going to be talking about it. You must watch it live. It’s an extended 75 minutes, so that cuts into your 10 o’clock hour.

DVR: The “Homeland” premiere is also at 9 on Showtime. Record it and watch it at 10:30 after you’ve processed “Bad.”

WATCH LATER: HBO’s “Eastbound and Down” is at 10. But it will be repeated at midnight, and is available on HBOGo.

ON DEMAND: The season premieres of “The Good Wife” (CBS) and “Revenge” (ABC) are also at 9. This is where OnDemand comes in handy.

NETFLIX: New shows “Masters of Sex” (Showtime) and “Betrayal” (ABC) premiere at 10. Seems like the perfect shows to do some marathon watching of months from now.

Even though “Dexter” and “Breaking Bad” will be off your Sunday schedule, “The Walking Dead” returns October 13. Plus “Downton Abbey” is back in January, then we’ve got “Mad Men” and “Game of Thrones” next spring.

We’re begging you, TV networks, spread out the good stuff. Our DVRs and social media accounts can only take so much on Sundays.
