Levi Johnston is reportedly going to file for joint custody of the baby son he shares with Sarah Palin’s daughter, Bristol.
Johnston, 19, told the TV show “The Insider” yesterday that he decided to take legal action after he had trouble seeing his 10-month-old son Tripp over the weekend.
It’s “not working. I’m done. It’s going to have to go to court,” he said. Johnston was engaged to Bristol but they broke up in March.
