Wrist slap for ex-soap star

An actor fired from “One Life to Live” after allegedly assaulting three men at a Manhattan gas station pleaded guilty yesterday to resisting arrest.

Nathaniel Marston, who completed an anger-management program after the October 2007 incident, is expected to get neither jail time nor probation.

He had been charged with attacking the three men with a metal crate and kicking at arresting officers. Police said that one victim suffered a broken leg and that one cop was treated for bruises.

Marston, 34, played Dr. Michael McBain. An ABC spokeswoman did not return a call yesterday.
