Judge rips into man who killed parents while they slept

A Queens judge ripped into a killer — who fatally shot both his parents because they cut him off financially — as he sentenced him to life with no possibility of parole.

“You’re going to die in prison. You’re never going to get out of prison,” Judge Gregory Lasak fumed at Shane Jaggarnauth, 26.

“You will have to live with what you did until the day you die.”

A Queens jury took less than four hours to convict Jaggarnauth in May 2014 of killing his parents as they slept in their Springfield Gardens bed after his mom caught him stealing $16,000 from her bank account.

“This was planned by you. This is a cold, calculating double homicide of your parents. For what? Edible Arrangements?” the judge fumed, referring to how Jaggarnauth spent some of the money he stole from his parents on edible food bouquets for girlfriends.

“I ask you Mr. Jaggarnauth, was it worth it? Killing your parents for that? This is disgusting.”

The judge even blasted the killer’s conduct when the 911 calls of his dying mom were played in court.

“You sat there and cried like a baby, trying to manipulate this jury but the jury saw right through it. All the evidence pointed toward you from day one.”

A stone-faced Jaggarnauth – who even went to his parents’ funeral and pretended to mourn before he was busted – refused to make any statements or apologize for his coldblooded actions.
