Probe of subway horror

Investigators are examining the case of the subway operator who overlooked the body of a Queens woman who fell between rail cars — even though his train’s emergency switch was tripped and it ground to a halt.

Officials at the state Public Transportation Safety Board are analyzing why Arabell Lin’s body was then run over by another 10 Coney Island-bound N trains before it was finally discovered, officials said.

The operator also has a checkered disciplinary history, racking up two rules violations in the past 10 years, NYC Transit officials said. But the MTA would not release the details of the infractions.

Lin, 25, who had a prosthetic right leg, fell between the fourth and fifth cars just north of the Kings Highway stop in March, as The Post first reported.

That engaged the train’s emergency brakes, but the MTA said the operator didn’t search the track bed long enough to find her body — and the next 10 train operators also missed it as they drove by.
