Dimon’s summer reads

In honor of the unofficial first weekend of summer, JPMorgan chief Jamie Dimon released his summer reading list.

What you’ll find in Dimon’s beach bag and disclosed to JPMorgan’s wealthy clients includes:

  • “The Billionaire and the Mechanic: How Larry Ellison and a Car Mechanic Teamed Up to Win Sailing’s Greatest Race, the America’s Cup,” by Julian Guthrie
  • “Things a Little Bird Told Me: Confessions of the Creative Mind,” by Biz Stone, co-founder of Twitter
  • “Olives, Lemons & Za’atar: The Best Middle Eastern Home Cooking,” by Rawia Bishara

The eclectic grouping is very different from JPM Wealth Management’s first list, in 2000, which focused on business titles such as “The Essays of Warren Buffett: Lessons for Corporate America” by Lawrence Cunningham.
