Butt-inject ‘killer’ charged with injuring 2nd victim

An unlicensed beautician accused of killing a client with an illegal buttocks injection has also been indicted on an assault rap for injuring a second victim, according to papers unsealed Tuesday in Manhattan Supreme Court.

Tamara Blaine died after the shady beauty procedure at a New Jersey hotel.

Tamira Mobley, 28, was indicted on 11 counts of manslaughter, assault and unauthorized practice of a profession for pumping silicone into Tamara Blaine’s rear end last summer at the hourly rate Liberty Inn Hotel and for a procedure she performed on an unnamed second victim.

Mobley allegedly “recklessly caused serious physical injury” to the anonymous client February 28th 2012, according to the indictment.

Prosecutors are expected to ask Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Thomas Farber to increase Mobley’s bail at her arraignment April 3 in light of the new charges, according to a source close to the investigation.

The phony cosmetologist was sprung from jail last month after her family posted $100,000 bond, court records state.

Mobley met Blaine, a single mom from Queens, at the Meatpacking District hotel July 8.

Blaine lost consciousness after the injection and appeared to suffer a seizure before she died, authorities said.

Mobley was running a lucrative side business offering aesthetic procedures at a steep discount, prosecutors said.
