O.J.-VIDEO OFFER TO VIC’S DAD

A producer who owns a trove of O.J. Simpson footage is offering it to the father of murder victim Ron Goldman as payment for the wrongful-death judgment levied against the infamous murder defendant.

Norman Pardo says he will give Fred Goldman all 71 hours of the often-shocking footage of Simpson, shot in 2001-05 as Simpson made public appearances designed to rehab his image, in return for the right to Goldman’s share of the $33.5 million judgment.

Some of the videos – which can be seen for free on the Web site JudgeOJ.com, show the disgraced star dancing with beautiful women and calling Oprah Winfrey a bitch.

Simpson, who was acquitted of the 1994 murders of Nicole Simpson and Ron Goldman, has reportedly made good on just $600,000 of the debt.

Sources say Goldman is weighing the offer.

Beginning estimates say Pardo’s footage is worth at least $4 million.

The offer comes four days after Goldman petitioned an L.A. court for control of Simpson’s name and likeness.
