Strip club owner sues Deutsche Bank for reneging on $17M loan

The owner of Manhattan’s two biggest strip clubs is suing Deutsche Bank for $1 million, claiming the financial giant reneged on a $17 million loan when it learned about the X-rated nature of his business.

Scores and Penthouse Executive Club honcho Robert Gans says in his suit that he was “entirely transparent” with the bank.

When the bankers balked at the 11th hour, Gans had to get a loan that cost him $1 million more than the one Deutsche had offered, according to his suit.

The bankers “pulled the rug out from under him at the last minute,”the suit says. The bank declined to comment.
