BURIAL AT NEVERLAND EYED

Never say never.

Michael Jackson’s Neverland Ranch may be resurrected – as both a burial ground for the King of Pop and a Graceland-like mecca for his fans – if his family has its way.

“The family is considering all the options right now to try to make the most money off of Jackson’s estate,” a source close to the pop icon’s relatives said.

Michael Jackson bought the property in 1987 for about $30 million – a fraction of its reported estimated value of more than $100 million today.

Jacko then promptly turned it into the largest private amusement park in the world – replete with a pet zoo, rides and attractions.

Neverland began to crumble financially in October 2007, when rumors swirled about its financial foundation.

Months later, it was announced the ranch would be auctioned off unless $24.5 million in debt were paid. By last year, the investment firm of Colony Capital LLC had taken over the debt, and currently holds the mortgage note.

Jackson’s manager and publicist, Tohme Tohme, works for the firm, according to the pop Web site 411mania.com.

He didn’t immediately return a call for comment.

Meanwhile, the Jackson family is planning a wake Tuesday night and burial Wednesday, the source said. But Jacko’s dad, Joe, insisted last night no decisions on arrangements have been made.
