A lawsuit accusing bad-girl rapper Foxy Brown of smashing a Brooklyn woman in the head with a cellphone has been dismissed, her lawyer said yesterday.
The suit, filed last year by Arlene Raymond, a neighbor on the hip-hop star’s block in Crown Heights, claimed the diva had harassed her at her Flatbush Avenue workplace and smashed her in the face with a BlackBerry during a confrontation over the decibel level of Foxy’s car radio.
Justice Robert Miller in Brooklyn Supreme Court ruled Monday that the rapper, whose real name is Inga Marchand, was never served with legal papers.
