Let the spin begin.
One of France’s top consultants was flying to New York yesterday to meet with old friend, former client and shamed ex-IMF honcho Dominique Strauss-Kahn, a source told The Post.
Stephane Fouks of Euro RSCG — an influential French communications group — was headed to a meeting with DSK and communications adviser Anne Hommel, the source said.
DSK was considered a possible candidate for the French presidency before he was hit with charges that he assaulted a maid at the Sofitel Hotel in Midtown in May.
The charges are expected to be thrown out because of recently disclosed questions about the accuser’s credibility.
