Ivanka Trump is moving her jewelry shop to SoHo and subleasing the Madison Avenue flagship spot to jeweler Aaron Basha, The Post has learned.

Trump, who is expecting her first baby any nanny-second, will move from 900 square feet at 685 Madison Ave. between 61st and 62nd streets to a spectacular duplex space of 3,100 square feet at 109 Mercer St. between Spring and Prince streets.

The new store was the previous home of the Alaska House folk art showcase and is now inhabited by pop up store Duckie Brown by Florsheim.

Next door is designer Phillip Lim and neighbors include Chanel, Hugo Boss and Agent Provocateur, which, coincidentally, is also located on Trump’s current block on Madison.

“We feel downtown is more simpatico with the energy of the brand,” Trump said. “We will be able to have events there and work with some of our existing partners and clients.”

The current store will close at the end of the month, with the reopening set for the fall.

Faith Hope Consolo of Prudential Douglas Elliman represented 109 Mercer St. and Aaron Basha, while the Trump Organization worked the other side. The asking rent was $395,000 a year to start.

The store has 1,800 square feet on the ground and another 1,300 square feet on the lower level, which includes a full audio/visual installation.

While Trump is working on various lines of accessories, she said Ivanka Trump Fine Jewelry in SoHo will be focused primarily on jewelry.

Trump has store locations throughout the Middle East and her first store in China is expected to open soon.

Aaron Basha is now in space across from Trump’s East Side store in the Helmsley Carlton House Hotel, which is undergoing renovations.

Basha outbid perfumery Bond Street on the remaining years on the lease, which she said is paying for the build-out of the new store.
