His just desserts

He’s cooked.

The head of Midtown online cake retailer Bake Me a Wish is looking at prison after a judge ruled he evaded repaying victims of his $32-million diamond fraud.

Joshua Kestenbaum, of the Upper West Side, used his firm’s money to fund a lavish lifestyle while falsely claiming he was too poor to fork over $2,500 a month in restitution, the judge found.

He “engaged in numerous deceptive and manipulative practices” to avoid paying, Brooklyn federal Judge Nina Gershon wrote recently.

She gave Kestenbaum probation in 2008 so he could earn the cash, but feds say he’s paid only several thousand of the $11 million owed.

Kestenbaum, who has appeared on TV to tout his patriotic Freedom Cakes, faces nine to 11 years in prison for the fraud, in which feds say he used his diamond firm’s funds to invest in tech stocks and gamble.

His lawyer, Alan Lewis, didn’t return calls for comment.
