Bobby & Giada: It’s alive!

Tv chefs Bobby Flay and Giada DeLarentis are taking their proposed morning talk show to NBC, sources say.

The Food Network stars — who are looking to do a show that would compete with Kelly Ripa and Michael Strayhan’s “Live” — met late last week with former “Today” show exec Marc Victor about NBC picking up the project, the sources say.

Flay and DeLaurentis — both whom are looking to break out of the food TV ghetto and find a more general audience — began shopping a co-hosted talk show early last year.

The pair signed with CBS, which has a huge syndication division that handles shows like “Dr. Phil” and “Entertainment Tonight.”

But as The Post reported last week, CBS passed on the show and returned the short presentation video the couple made to give potential stations a taste of what the show might be like.

NBC’s syndication division is best known for making shows for a much different market — shows like “Maury” and “The Jerry Springer Show.”

But it has, in the last year, been trying to raise its game with shows like”Steve Harvey.”

Victor, a top producers for “Today” for seven years, was tasked last year with the finding ways to make new shows out of “Today” show personalities.
