Lindsay Lohan was mauled by a Pitbull yesterday.
A Long Island federal judge pulled the plug on a lawsuit by the troubled actress against rapper Pitbull, ruling that his use of her name in the song “Give Me Everything” did not violate her rights.
Lohan said Pitbull profited at her expense.
But the judge tossed the suit, saying the song is protected by the First Amendment.
