Trump: Pay up, cybersquatter

Donald Trump has filed a $400,000 countersuit against a cybersquatter he has been battling in court for two years over four Web domain names, according to documents filed in Brooklyn federal court.

J. Taikwok Yung, 33, of Brooklyn sued Trump in 2011 in a dispute over domain names like trumpbeijing.com and trumpindia.com, but after winning that fight last month, Trump has now filed for damages of $100,000 per name.

The Web sites paint Trump in an unflattering light. Trumpindia.com, for example, says that the eighth season of “The Apprentice,” The Donald’s TV show, “all around sucks like hell.”
