Bart’s Week 15 picks

It’s been the year of the comeback in the NFL, which for the first time in its nearly 100-year history has four teams each with five fourth-quarter comeback victories.

The Giants are one of those four never-say-die clubs, joining the Cardinals, Bengals and Tim Tebow … um, I mean, the Broncos. Incredibly, since the 1970 merger, just five teams total in 41 years had at least six fourth-quarter wins.

That’s fun for fans, but murder for handicappers because those four teams have been frequent underdogs. Minus the Thursday game, here are my picks against the spread that will appear in Friday’s edition of The Post:

THURSDAY

Jaguars (+11) at Falcons: Matt Ryan is 6-1 at home against AFC opponents, and Atlanta gets a break in its playoff chase with the worst offense in the league. FALCONS

SATURDAY

Cowboys (-7) at Buccaneers: Tampa is in freefall, losing seven in a row after a 4-2 start, and this is an absolute must-win for Dallas after its costly loss to the Giants last week. COWBOYS

SUNDAY

Redskins (+7) at Giants: Eli Manning is 5-1 at home in his career against Washington and has never been hotter throwing the ball. As well as needing this game badly for playoff purposes, the Giants also will be looking to avenge an ugly opening-day loss in D.C. GIANTS

Jets (+3) at Eagles: Philadelphia has never lost to the Jets (8-0) and, incredibly, still has an outside shot of winning the NFC East. As well as the Jets have played of late, going into Philly and winning will be too tall of a task. EAGLES

Packers (-14) at Chiefs: With Kansas City changing coaches and the dreadful Tyler Palko under center, Green Bay should have no trouble becoming the first defending Super Bowl champion to start the following season 14-0. PACKERS

Saints (-7) at Vikings: New Orleans has won five in a row thanks to NFL passing leader Drew Brees, who will help the Saints reverse a trend that has seen them for 1-4 against Minnesota over the past five regular-season meetings. SAINTS

Seahawks (+3.5) at Bears: Seattle has won four of the past six meetings and gets to face Caleb Hanie, who makes his fourth consecutive start for plummeting Chicago despite being almost totally inept. SEAHAWKS

Dolphins (-1.5) at Bills: Miami has won five of the past seven meetings, and QB Matt Moore has a 121.2 rating in his past two road games. Todd Bowles starts his head-coaching career with a win. DOLPHINS

Panthers (+6.5) at Texans: T.J. Yates looks like the real deal for Houston, which is 2-0 all-time against Carolina. The Texans are looking to extend their franchise-record seven game win streak. TEXANS

Titans (-6.5) at Colts: Indianapolis is 5-1 against Tennessee over the past three seasons, but as with everything about this awful Colts season, just throw any positive history out the window. TITANS

Bengals (-6) at Rams: St. Louis is in complete freefall, which will be a godsend for a Cincinnati team that hasn’t been much better than the woeful Rams of late. How is this for pathetic? Sam Bradford has lost more fumbles (seven) than he has thrown TD passes (six). BENGALS

Lions (-1) at Raiders: Oakland has fallen off a cliff the past two weeks with ugly road losses and comes home to face Detroit badly needing a victory and Matthew Stafford, who is 2-0 against AFC opponents this season. LIONS

Patriots (-6) at Broncos: Greatness takes on gimmick when Tom Brady faces off against option oddity Tebow. The defenses – Denver’s is as terrific as New England’s is terrible – will be the difference. BRONCOS

Browns (+7) at Cardinals: Arizona is 5-1 after a 1-6 start and has a great chance to pull itself back to .500 at home against a Cleveland team that appears to have packed it in and most likely will start backup Seneca Wallace at QB. CARDINALS

Ravens (-2.5) at Chargers: After an inconsistent start, Joe Flacco in particular and Baltimore in general have found their rhythm with four consecutive wins. San Diego has won two in a row but will face too much of a task against a Ravens team that is 4-1 against the Chargers in the past five regular-season meetings. RAVENS

MONDAY

Steelers (+2.5) at 49ers: Pittsburgh has won its past six Monday games, but with a banged-up offensive line and Ben Roethlisberger’s potential injury absence, the Steelers can’t like their odds going cross-country against a San Francisco team anxious to redeem itself from last week’s puzzling loss to the Cardinals. 49ERS

Last week vs. the spread: 9-7-0 (.562)

Season vs. the spread: 104-99-5 (.500)
