Case against Obamacare can proceed

The case against Obamacare brought by 20 state attorneys general can proceed, a Florida judge ruled yesterday. The judge, Roger Vinson, didn’t grant every claim made by the AGs but he did make one point very clear, the individual mandate is unprecedented. Vinson said the plaintiffs had “most definitely stated a plausible claim” for their objections to the Obamacare provision that forces every American to buy health insurance, because “the power that the individual mandate seeks to harness is simply without prior precedent,” Vinson said.

President Obama and his power-hungry minions have changed their own definition of the mandate. First they said it wasn’t a tax and then they said it was. In the end, it just might be deemed unconstitutional and that would be the best definition of all.
