Jim DeNaut out at Deutsche Bank

Deutsche Bank’s former head of global banking for the Americas, Jim DeNaut, is making an exit from the German investment bank.

According to a memo issued by Deutsche, DeNaut, who had held a senior position at the firm until being demoted to a “client relationship role” seven months ago. resigned last May 28.

“We would like to thank Jim for his years of service and for helping us to establish Deutsche Bank’s strong presence in the Americas,” said an internal memo signed by Stephan Leithner and Jacques Brand, co-heads of the firm’s investment banking unit, and obtained by The Post.

It’s unclear if DeNaut has another position lined up, according to sources inside the firm.

A spokesman at Deutsche confirmed the move but declined to comment further.
