Tiger Wood’s wife reportedly plans to be out of the country when the embattled golfer plans to compete at Masters next month.
Elin Nordegren is planning to be in Sweden to visit her family while Woods makes his golf return.
”She wants to be out of the country when Tiger plays the Masters,” a source told The Chicago Sun-Times.
Nordegren believes Woods is only giving her lip service when it comes to recovering from sex addiction and is convinced he is more interested about getting his golf career back than saving his marriage, a source told the newspaper.
The shocking revelation comes after Nordegren decided to leave the couple’s Isleworth, Fla., home last weekend to spend time away from Woods — another sign that the relationship may be finished.
The couple reportedly had a huge fight over the weekend, which led to the 30-year-old Nordegren retreating to the couple’s boat. She was seen in photos posted on Radaronline.com on Monday looking buff in workout gear aboard the boat, named “Privacy.”
Nordegren has reportedly been upset with Woods since his raunchy text messages to porn star Joslyn James, whom he was sleeping with, were published last week.
The Sun-Times reported that Nordegren is furious about the ongoing revelations about his past infidelity and believes there “are even more women who will come forward with stories, text messages, photos and even videos.”
The newspaper also reported that the Swedish bombshell thinks Woods has not been attentive as he should be to their two kids, despite his repeated claims that they are important to him. It also says she’s still having lawyers draft divorce papers, despite reports that she was still willing to give the marriage a try.
Just last weekend, the couple was spotted together — no big deal for any normal couple — but a moment golf fans and celeb watchers have been waiting to see happen ever since Tiger’s bizarre crash in his 2009 Cadillac Escalade outside the family home.
That crash ended with Elin allegedly smashing out the SUV’s windows with a 9-iron, which quickly led to stunning disclosures that he has repeatedly strayed with a string of brazen bimbos.
After the SUV incident, Woods immediately went into hiding, withdrew from competitive golf and entered treatment for sex addiction at a Mississippi clinic.
On Feb. 19, Woods stood in front of a television camera and delivered a 13 1/2-minute mea culpa, admitting his adulteries and apologizing to Elin, his family and fans.
