David Beckham will be back with the Los Angeles Galaxy for the start of the 2009 Major League Soccer season.
He confirmed on his Web site on Friday that he’s in negotiations for a temporary loan to AC Milan.
“Although nothing is confirmed at present, we can confirm that talks are taking place with Milan with regard to a short-term loan move at the start of next year,” he said on davidbeckham.com.
Milan described talks on Thursday at an “advanced stage.”
Beckham, 33, wants to play in Europe during the MLS offseason so he can stay in shape and be available to play for England during 2010 World Cup qualifiers.
