Love is a reality for “American Idol’s” David Cook, 25, and “So You Think You Can Dance” contestant Lacey Schwimmer, 19.
The new couple – who sport similar bangs (left) – had exchanged numbers at the “Idol Gives Back” charity event in Hollywood on April 6. One day later, they went on a date to Doughboys Bakery in LA.
“They’re spending a lot of time together,” an insider tells In Touch. “They have intense chemistry.”
