After a 13-year absence, NBC revives the awards show honoring talent in film and television during the past year. Chris Rock presents the Johnny Carson Award for Comedic Excellence to Bill Cosby while Craig Robinson (“The Office”) and his band The Nasty Delicious will serve as the house band for the host-less ceremony.
