An alleged predator who tried to rape a woman inside her Brooklyn apartment building last Saturday is in custody, police said.
Jadeocus Muhammad, 16, stalked the into her building on President Street in Crown Heights at 1 a.m., and grabbed her in a stairwell when she refused his advances, cops allege.
Surveillance video captured the would-be rapist and the scrappy 30-year-old victim wrestling in the stairwell before the fiend gave up and fled.
Police arrested Muhammad, of Brownsville, on Tuesday and hit him with a number of charges, including attempted rape.
The victim was not seriously injured in the attack, according to authorities.
