$1B race suit vs. SoHo club

A $1 billion class-action suit has been filed against a SoHo nightclub that allegedly turned guests away from a book party because they’re black.

In papers filed in Bronx Supreme Court, Kashan Robinson — who is from The Bronx — and Maria Sicard say they were two of about 100 people who were denied entry to a Teri Woods book party at Greenhouse because of their race.

Robinson, Sicard and others on the guest list were kept waiting outside the Varick Street nightspot while white patrons were “allowed entry into the un-crowded club,” the suit claims.

“As far as I know, everyone who was on [Woods’] guest list was not allowed in,” said their lawyer, John Nonnenmacher.

The suit says club officials had agreed to host the party for the author of “True to the Game,” but got cold feet when most of her guests turned out to be African-American.

The club had no immediate comment last night.
