Lawyer: Bride turns herself in for alleged attack on cold-feet groom

The bride-to-be of celebrity chef Todd English turned herself in this morning after the runaway groom filed a complaint saying she socked him and put a gash above his eye that needed seven stitches to close, authorities said.

Erica Wang showed up at the 13th Precinct station house so detectives could interview her about the Sept. 14 incident, her lawyer said in a statement.

“This is just the beginning, because NYPD policy requires this process whenever a complaint of this kind is filed,” Wang’s lawyer, Charles Clayman, said in a statement.

“My client will continue to cooperate, has done nothing wrong and welcomes the opportunity for the [Manhattan] district attorney to reach that conclusion and clear her name.”

As The Post reported, Wang, who claimed English backed out hours before the Oct. 3 nuptials, carried on with a party anyhow, saying she felt obligated to entertain guests.
