■ A teen’s jewelry was snatched as he was leaving a Melrose subway station, authorities said.
The 19-year-old victim was walking down the steps of the East 160th Street-Prospect Avenue station on the 2/5 line at around 8 p.m. last Wednesday when the thief approached and snatched his gold chains, cops said.
The victim was unharmed.
The suspect is believed to be a 17-year-old male standing about 5-foot-8 and weighing about 130 pounds, cops said.
■ A man was fatally shot in the neck in Eastchester on Monday, cops said.
Okeagu Munachiso, 55, was sprawled on the sidewalk when police arrived at Gunther Avenue near Tillotson Avenue around 1 a.m., cops said.
The man was rushed to Jacobi Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
No arrests have been made, cops said.
Brooklyn
■ A 26-year-old man was hit in a drive-by shooting in Flatlands early Monday, cops said.
The man was on Avenue J near East 58th Street around 1:15 a.m. when shots were fired from a white BMW driving east on Avenue J.
The unidentified shooter fired two shots, striking the victim in the thigh, cops said.
The victim was rushed to Kings County Hospital and is expected to survive, cops said.
■ Cops have busted a man in a fatal stabbing in Coney Island.
Hugo Mansilla, 24, was charged with the murder of Alberto Torres, 27, who was found unconscious on Brighton 4th Street and Brighton Beach Avenue with a stab wound to the torso on early last Friday.
He was rushed to Coney Island Hospital where he was pronounced dead, according to authorities.
Mansilla was arrested on Saturday.
■ A 17-year-old boy was arrested Monday in the murder of another teenager last week in Crown Heights, police said.
Wade Wilson stabbed 18-year-old Josias Masson to death on June 23 at the corner of Buffalo Avenue and East New York Avenue, police said.
Cops said two other men were stabbed by Wilson during the fracas. They were both taken to Kings County Hospital in stable condition.
Wilson was charged with murder and criminal possession of a weapon.
Queens
■ Police have identified the dead man found lying face down with a bullet in his head on a Queens Village street, cops said.
Jason Bragg, 33, of The Bronx was discovered Saturday night in front of 120-47 219th St. with a single gunshot wound, authorities said.
Bragg was pronounced dead at the scene, according to police.
■ Cops are investigating the death of a man Monday inside a Cornaga Avenue home in Far Rockaway.
Police say they received a 911 call for an injured man just before 9 a.m., when EMS discovered him unconscious and unresponsive.
He was pronounced dead at the scene, according to authorities.
Staten Island
■ A teen and an accomplice broke into the lockers at a YMCA, sources said.
Tsiah Cook, 16, told police she snuck in to the locker room June 12 with a friend, a Criminal Court complaint states.
Cook was “searching the locker room,” when her friend whipped out a lock cutter, according to the complaint.
Cook, who was arrested Jun 17, claimed that her friend popped one of the locks and Cook rummaged through the locker, the complaint says.
Cook’s friend was not apprehended, according to sources.
Cook was charged with criminal trespass, attempted petit larceny, and criminal mischief.
■ A thief stole a can of Coors from a 7-Eleven in Bulls Head, a Criminal Court complaint states.
Glen Hendry, 44, was spotted taking the 24- ounce beer from the fridge by the chain store’s manager on Jun 17, the complaint states.
Police arrested Hendry, who was seen running out of the store, it states.
Hendry was charged with petit larceny and criminal possession of stolen property.
■ An identity thief made more than $10,000 worth of purchases — including money orders — with a stolen credit card in St. George in May, according to court documents.
Akeem Saka, 29, allegedly used a stolen credit card on May 6, 7, 8, and 9 to make $10,100 in charges on the victim’s account.
Saka was busted after employees with the US Postal Service reviewed surveillance videos from multiple locations, the criminal complaint states.
Saka was charged with grand larceny, petit larceny, possession of a stolen credit card, criminal possession of stolen property and identity theft.
