Here’s a serious Fashion Week discount. Karl Lagerfeld, the man behind Chanel and Fendi, is putting up his stunning, never-lived-in home at 50 Gramercy Park North for $5.5 million. That’s far less than the $6.575 million he paid for the co-op in 2006.

Lagerfeld, who’s known 50 Gramercy Park North developer Ian Schrager since partying at Studio 54, “thought he’d move here and retire here,” a source says.

But he never moved in. The sixth-floor residence does come with custom bookcases Lagerfeld designed for his extensive collection, and tons of roomy closets for some lucky fashionista. The unit has three bedrooms and 31/2 baths and comes with a key to Gramercy Park, along with unobstructed views of the park from dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows. Chanel also will be doing an “installation of images” in the apartment, and closets will be filled with Chanel bags, shoeboxes and garment bags. Residents at 50 Gramercy Park North also get all the services of the adjacent Gramercy Park Hotel.

Next week, socialites and real estate biggies will gather at Lagerfeld’s apartment to hear Jill Kargman read from her new book, “Sometimes I Feel Like A Nut.” (The author is the daughter of Arie Kopelman, the former head of Chanel USA.) The soiree will be hosted by the unit’s Corcoran Group listing broker, Wendy Sarasohn.

This Hamptons home is second to nun. The Villa Maria estate in Water Mill, which once housed the Sisters of St. Dominic, is available as a summer rental — for a whopping $1.5 million.

The property, which sits on 15 waterfront acres and is owned by shoe mogul Vince Camuto, includes a 22,000-square-foot mansion that has, according to the listing details, gone through “nearly six years of total renovation.” The home includes 11 bedroom suites, multiple living and dining rooms, a chef’s kitchen, a climate-controlled wine cellar, an elevator, nine fireplaces, staff quarters, a pool and a tennis court.

Camuto, a founder of Nine West, bought the former nunnery from the Sisters of St. Dominic for $35 million in 2005. Four other buildings are on the property, which includes 1,100 feet of waterfront on Mill Creek and Mecox Bay.

Retired Revlon exec Jerry Levin and his wife, Carol, are about to put their stunning condo at 11-15 E. 70th St. on the market for $18 million.

The full-floor unit has views of the Frick Museum’s gardens. The three-bedroom, five-bathroom apartment also features a wood-paneled entry foyer with a gold-leaf ceiling, leading to a big living room with high ceilings, a fireplace and a balcony.

Prudential Douglas Elliman listing broker Dolly Lenz had no comment.

‘Sale’ price on Fifth Ave.

Socialite Nancy Sale Johnson Rashad, ex-wife of Jets owner Woody Johnson and mother of the late Casey Johnson, has put her stunning triplex at 817 Fifth Ave. back on the market for $21 million. The extensively renovated condo has five bedrooms, five bathrooms and great Central Park views. Brown Harris Stevens and the Corcoran Group share the listing.

Fabric flat

David Zarin, president of Zarin Fabrics and stepson of “Real Housewife” Jill Zarin, is listing his prewar home at 12 W. 72nd St. for $1.395 million. It’s a two-bedroom co-op in the Emery Roth-designed Oliver Cromwell building. Corcoran Group broker Deborah Kern has the listing.

That Gerard Butler toured the $6.2 million, 2,900-square-foot, four-bedroom, three-bathroom penthouse at 46 Mercer St., listed by Prudential Douglas Elliman’s Frances Katzen. Word is Butler loves his current downtown loft but is determined to find something bigger.
